Dave Mansell building & Home Improvements have, since formation in 1986, established an increasing client base in commercial, industrial and domestic sectors. Our Privately owned business has been operating successfully for over 20 years thanks to our dedication to customer care and the quality of our products. Our current standing has been mainly achieved through repeat business and referrals from previous customers. Dave Mansell himself will work very closely with all customers and insures personally that all jobs are completed to the highest standards and expectations.
We specialise in conservatories, innovative home extensions, loft conversions and renovations all over Gloucestershire and the South West. Our list of customers include Property Managers, Letting Agents, Private Households, Architects, Surveyors and many commercial properties. Our long-term aim is to maintain and develop our client base using our expertise to meet the ever changing needs and demands of our customers.
We ensure compliance to all relevant statutory regulations, such as the Construction (Design and Management) regulations 1994, and to date have had an unblemished Health and Safety record.
We also ensure the production of waste is maintained on-site and all disposal is controlled in accordance with our environment policy.
We work with fully qualified tradesmen: plumbers, electricians, carpenters, tilers, plasterers, brick layers etc, however Dave Mansell himself likes to have a hands on approach to all jobs, giving that personal service.
